The deeds of men live long after they die
Bodies are but clothes to the soul
That are shed
Deeds are not shed with change of clothing
Every effect has a cause
He that planted the neem
Shall reap such
He that planted the mango
Shall taste such

Interesting to note. I observed that even while one changes clothes each day, they don't change the body! Same way when the soul changes clothes from one life to the next, it remains the same body! May be more weight is gained or some shed, depending on the experiences of the being.
