Zipping down the highway of life
People, places, situations whiz past
Enticing, alluring at times
Alarming and painful at others
All whiz past
Nothing outside secures,
Ensures a cruising ride
Except to be anchored within
Like the driver with his seat belt
Anchored to the vehicle
As he whizzes past the highway
The wind in his hair and sun in his eyes
He moves on
Anchored within

G'day from Australia,
I've just flown home to Melbourne after a quick trip to Dehra Dun - now THAT was the highway of life.
Keep smiling
